A streamlined 4-STEP process to request your design, review your quote, approve your sample, and receive it with clarity and confidence.

STEP-01

CUSTOMIZE YOUR DESIGN

Choose your pattern, define your color palette, and select the texture direction for your project. After completing your design and color selections, fill out the Quote Request Form to continue.

STEP-02

PRINT SAMPLE & QUOTE REVIEW

After you submit the Quote Request Form, our team reviews your selected design, colors, texture, material choice, and project details. A custom quote and complimentary print sample are prepared for your approval.

STEP-03

APPROVAL & SAMPLE PRODUCTION

After your approval, the complimentary print sample is prepared within 24–48 hours, carefully checked, and packaged for international delivery.

STEP-04

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY

Your print sample is shipped worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery is typically completed within 2–7 business days, depending on your region.

Print samples are prepared within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are not included.
